2. Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
Ylse Design AB with org 559354-7036, ("Ylse", "we" or "us"), is the data controller for your personal data. Companies within the Ylses group and selected suppliers may process your personal data on behalf of Ylse and are thus processors of your personal data pursuant to Ylses instructions.

3. Categories of data processed, purpose and legal basis for the processing
3.1 General
Below you will find a summary of all data that we process, and the purposes of processing the data and on which legal basis we use it.
3.2 Customers
When you purchase a product through our website, request for a quote on our website, or otherwise contact us regarding an order or product, the following information will be used to process your order/request; name, e-mail, telephone number, delivery address and billing address (street name, postal code, city and country). We also use the information to communicate with you (via email or phone) regarding questions about the creation of the products, to be able to send you an invoice, and to process returns and exchanges. The legal basis for the processing is that it is necessary for Ylse to be able to fulfill its contractual obligations towards you and that the legitimate interest is to facilitate the administration of returns, exchanges and complaints.
We also store your purchase history and information about returns and exchanges, for accounting purposes. Payments made for orders on our website are processed by a third party payment service and the third party service is the controller of the credit card information and other information related to the payment. Ylse does not collect any payment information.
3.3 Newsletter subscribers and website users
To keep you informed about products, new releases, special events and promotions, we save your email for direct marketing purposes. The legal basis for the processing is a balance of interests where our legitimate interest is to market our products to existing customers or potential customers who have shown interest in Ylse.
When you visit the website ylsedesign.se, we can process your IP address to find which country you are visiting from. The purpose of this is to collect data and collect for statistical purposes. This data may also be used in marketing aspects.
We collect your name, your email address, your cookie ID, your activities on the website including how you scroll and view different pages, your interaction with newsletters, for example if you have opened or clicked on the newsletter, or used a promotional/discount code, transaction details, purchase history such as how often you purchase items and the type of items you have purchased (category, color, size). In addition, your IP address is processed to send marketing based on geographic location.

If you have been in contact with our customer service regarding a complaint, return or question, email will be stored for as long as is necessary to administer your case, including follow-up of the case within 12 months.

We can also use anonymized data for statistical purposes.
4. Does Ylse share your information with others?
Ylse does not sell our customers' personal data to anyone else.
We may share your information with affiliated companies from a marketing perspective.
Ylse may also share your information with selected suppliers who perform functions on our behalf, such as packing and shipping orders, processing payments, performing advertising services or data management, to maintain our website, analyze interaction with broadcasts and notifications, distribute e-mails, send out our newsletter, provide customer communications and manage our customer database. If necessary, the personal data you provide to us may be processed by these third parties, solely on Ylses behalf and in accordance with Ylses instructions as a data processor. We do not allow any of our suppliers to make any other use of your personal data.
If Ylse is subject to an actual or potential merger or acquisition or similar transaction, we may share your information with potential and actual purchasers and their financial and legal advisors, provided that such third parties undertake appropriate confidentiality.
Ylse may also disclose your personal data to a public authority where Ylse is obliged to do so by law. In the event that all or part of Ylse's business is sold, Ylse may transfer your personal data to a potential buyer of the business.
5. Transfer outside the EU/EEA
We may share your data with our selected suppliers, who may process your data in countries both within and outside the EU/EEA when they perform functions on our behalf according to section 4 above.
6. How long do we save your data?
We will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or otherwise processed to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

If you object to our processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, we will cease such processing of your data.
7.5 Data Portability
If our processing is based on your consent or if the processing is necessary for us to fulfill a contract with you, you have the right to request that the data you have provided to us be provided to you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format format and you also have the right to transfer such data to another personal data controller.
7.6 Right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority

8. How do I unsubscribe from Ylse's newsletter and e-mails?
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters or other e-mails, you can unsubscribe as provided in the relevant communication, i.e. by using the unsubscribe link included in all newsletters and other e-mails. 9. Is it mandatory to provide personal data?
Ylse needs to collect your personal data in order to fulfill our contractual obligation towards you, for example to process your order or perform the services you request.
