How do I order?
At Ylse you can buy three different types of headboards. Choose from Create your own dream headboard , buy a solid color from our classic collection or choose one of Ylse's favorites . Whichever you choose, we're here to guide you.
How do I choose fabric?
We know that choosing fabric and style can feel overwhelming when there are so many options to choose from. That's why we've created Ylses edits, a collection of carefully selected combinations that help you more easily find the expression that suits your personal style and your home. Do you have a store I can visit?
You are very welcome to visit our studio in Frihamnen, Stockholm. Here we can go through fabrics and models together. Book a meeting or contact us at hello@ylsedesign.se
How do I mount the headboard?
Our headboards are wall mounted as standard and come with an included rail. You can assemble it easily at home. See our detailed guide here .
Do you want included legs for the headboard? Contact us at hello@ylsedesign.se and we will solve it.
How do I measure the height of my custom bedspread?
Measure the distance from under the bed mattress and down to the floor to get the correct height of your bed cover. Ylse recommends that the bed cover hangs about 1 cm above the floor for the best effect. As soon as you have placed your order, email us at hello@ylsedesign.se with the exact measurements of your bed.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We proudly offer international shipping to customers worldwide. We offer tailor-made shipping quotes adapted to your location and your order. To request a shipping quote, contact us at hello@ylsedesign.se with a delivery address and a list of the goods you want to buy.
Depending on your country's customs regulations, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes or other charges. These costs are not included in our shipping quotes and are the recipient's responsibility. We recommend that you contact your local customs authority for more information
How long will it take for my headboard to arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. We will provide an estimated delivery time along with your shipping quote. Please note that customs clearance and local delivery conditions may affect the timeline if your order is to be delivered outside of Sweden.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, most of our international shipments include tracking. We will send you tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped, so you can follow its progress.
Can I return my headboard?
All Ylses products are made to order with personal fabric, which means that we cannot accept any products in return. The right of withdrawal does not apply to specially manufactured products. This includes Ylses headboards, furniture, cushions and other products when these have been created especially for you. Services where you have expressly consented to the service starting without the right of return.

What if my headboard is damaged when it arrives?
All Ylses products undergo a rigorous quality control in several stages before delivery and are packed with care. If your product was defective or incorrect when you received it, please contact us at hello@ylsedesign.se as soon as the error is discovered, but no later than 48 hours after receipt. Describe the fault or damage in as much detail as possible and attach pictures of the damage. Read more about complaints under Returns and exchanges .
