Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products. This includes Ylse’s headboards, furniture, cushions, and other items specifically created for you. Services where you have explicitly agreed for the service to commence without a right of withdrawal are also excluded.
Complaints
All Ylse products undergo a rigorous multi-step quality control process before delivery. If your product was defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us at hello@ylsedesign.se as soon as the issue is discovered, but no later than 48 hours after receiving the item. Provide a detailed description of the defect or damage and include photos to help us assess your case as thoroughly as possible. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for a period as stipulated by law.
Ylse products are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance. While we strive to present and display our products as accurately as possible, variations are part of their handcrafted nature. We cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your device or any physical fabric sample will be entirely accurate. Furthermore, we do not guarantee that the quality of the products, services, information, or other materials you purchase or receive will meet your expectations, nor that any errors in the service will be corrected.
